Record Breaking Holidays at Big Sky Resort
Big Sky, Mont. (January 15, 2013) – The Big Sky Resort community pulls together for another record breaking holiday season. Skier visits were up 15% from last years’ previous record breaking holiday season. The busiest ski day in the resort’s history was also attained on December 29, 2013 with over 7,500 skiers on the mountain with five days crossing the 7,000 skier visit mark, surpassing forcasted numbers*. Mother Nature did her part in blanketing the Resort with 50 inches of new snow over the two week holiday period.
