Mariachi Herencia de México: Tradition Meets Innovation
The historic tradition of mariachi music, with roots in cities like Guadalajara and Mexico City, has evolved to reach new heights in Chicago with Mariachi Herencia de México. This two-time Latin Grammy-nominated band, composed of 14 young, talented musicians aged 18-32, is charting the course for a bicultural generation of mariachi artists across North America.
