The Wilson Hotel: A Gentle Scurry Trio

The frontman of Billings-based “Arterial Drive”, and Bozeman’s new jam-troupe “The Scurry”, Drew McDowell has been writing songs and performing in Montana for about a decade. When he steps out of the jam vehicle and sets out on his own with his beloved roadworn Martin guitar and new Bozeman-made Gibson J-45, he plays Americana-style songs derived from his experiences on this cosmic rock. McDowell sings a healthy blend of storytelling originals and customized classic covers.
