Big Sky Western Bank

This western-style financial building,
was completed in 2004, and holds the honor
of being the first commercial project
built in the Big Sky Town Center.

This beautiful one-of-a-kind entry monument invites visitors into the Town Center.

RMR Group Building

This building is currently in the design phase, and
there are still several commercial spaces available.
This project will be the first commercial project
on Big Sky's "Main Street", named Town Center
Avenue. Construction is scheduled to begin soon.

Choppers Grub & Pub

Owners and operators of The Timbers at Moonlight,
Monte and Quinn Johnsen, plan to open Choppers Grub
and Pub in the Winter of 2007 / 2008.

Water Tower Place

This new building will be located on Town Center
Avenue. Construction is scheduled to begin soon.
The three-story building has commercial units
available on the first two floors, and
four residential condo units available on the third

Morning Star Learning Center

Simkins-Holdings and the TCOA will be donating
a portion of the 4.5 acre Neighborhood Park for
the Morning Star Learning Center. Morningstar's
mission is to raise private funds to build, own,
and operate a LEED certified early childcare facility
with subsidized tuition.

The Goode Place
