RID 395 Annual Tax Assessment Map
For Town Center properties and condos, the annual tax assessment will be $128. This pays off bonds that were sold for capital improvements on Ousel Falls Road and Highway 64 (aka Big Sky Spur Road or Lone Mountain Trail), and ongoing maintenance on Ousel Falls Road such as snow plowing, pothole repair, striping, curb replacement, and future resurfacing.

Master Signage Plan - Amended Oct. 20, 2005
The purpose of the Master Signage Plan is to establish a structural framework for the provision of a coherent system of signs in conjunction with development within the Town Center. The Master Signage Plan has two major goals: providing high quality signs for all developments within the Town Center, and providing signs tat are complimentary to the natural setting of Big Sky.
