BOOKMARK & SHARE

The market will be held every other Thursday from July 9th through September 17th, running from 5:00-7:00pm at Fire Pit Park at Town Center. Best of all, the six-series market is FREE to all vendors in 2009. Early registration by April 30th will guarantee booth space for the season.
The next step is to reach all potential vendors, sponsors, individuals (even kids!) who want to help make the market a success!
Check out the new Farmers Market information page on the bigskytowncenter.com website under the News & Events Tab. Here you can view the schedule, download sponsor and vendor forms and information, and as we get closer to the markets, we will post a list of vendors for each event.
Anyone interested in joining the planning committee, please get involved. We need help with fundraising/sponsorships, marketing, and spreading the word. All ideas, suggestions, and questions are welcome, and help is always needed and appreciated.
We’re planning to have an area for food vendors, an area for children’s activities including an inflatable bouncy and possibly a climbing wall, an area for musical entertainment (kids and professionals), personal enrichment (i.e. yoga or massage), and the list goes on. We encourage non-profits, school clubs, individuals, crafters, gardeners, produce and vendors of all shapes and sizes to set up booths. We’re even planning to have a Garage Sale Alley where people bring in their ‘junk’ to sell or to give away!
Marketing will consist of sandwich boards around Big Sky; banner on Ousel Falls Road; event calendars in local papers; TV; radio PSAs; website calendars of chambers, owners associations,  participating businesses, state agencies; Edible Bozeman publication; print advertisements, posters and flyers. There will also be Market Wear including hats, T-shirts, pint glasses/coffee mugs, reusable shopping bags and bumper stickers.
For more information about the Big Sky Farmers Market, please call 406.570.2417, or email towncenter@bresnan.net.
