Come one, come all! Roll up your sleeves and prepare to get your hands messy! The Simkins have graciously donated their beautiful kitchen and showroom in the RJS Building in Town Center for another community cooking class held through Ophir's Adult Education program. I will be teaching the 5 week series "Appetizers for Entertaining" - please see full agenda attached. The series is $70 for all 5 classes or $15 per class INCLUDING ALL FOOD, drop-in's always welcome! Monday evenings from 7-8:30pm, beginning this coming Monday, January 11th, with "Really Great Shrimp Cocktail".
These classes are casual and informative and great for a couples night, girls night out or just a fun evening to enjoy the company of old and new friends. Whether you're a seasoned pro or can't boil water, you will have fun and pick up a few entertaining ideas. “Puff Pastry and Phyllo Dough” Create fancy appetizers and snacks with these ready-to-use gourmet items from the grocery freezer.

“Crudite Crazy” Fresh ideas to spice up your veggie and fruit platters with deliciously unique dips and simple presentation tricks.
February 8th
“Name Brand Quickies” Oh yes, we will be pulling out the Wonder Bread and Bisquick to use as a base to create something fun and original you're guests will rave over!
