The Gourmet Gals will offer a unique dining experience – one you are sure to love! You can enjoy the gourmet deli, easy takeout, or mouthwatering breakfast and lunch selections in the The Gourmet Gals restaurant, including homemade sticky buns, scones, coffee cake, salads, and of course comfort food. Takeout specials will include dishes like lasagna or chicken pot pie to feed your family or guests. And best of all it comes complete with sides and dessert!
Nancy Radick Butler, owner and executive chef, developed a passion for food and cooking while traveling overseas more than 20 years ago and has spent years perfecting her craft for clients, family, and friends. She has worked in the restaurant and food service industries and has catered everything from large scale buffets to weddings and intimate cocktail parties.
Originally from South Florida, Nancy grew up with the influences of a large, extended family and she loves to draw from her past to create new and delicious seafood, plus Italian and Caribbean-inspired delicacies. She is thrilled to be able to bring a few of her favorite things to the tables of busy Big Sky locals and visitors alike. She also celebrates her home in the West through various game and Northern Rockies cuisine and specializes in using the freshest local, organic, and seasonal ingredients available.
"I love to make people happy through my food,” says Nancy, “and I would do it for free (if I could)!”
For those of you who enjoy the convenience of the Gourmet Gals’ catering service, she will still be there to help you with that special occasion. In addition to catering, the deli and takeout, she will also be offering private cooking lessons.
